Obras · AlternativePurple

Terms of service

1. Who we are

Obras is a product of Alternativepurple, Unipessoal Lda, NIPC 516357948, Rua da Mata de São Mateus, Nº 34, Alto de Santa Catarina, 1495-735 Cruz Quebrada - Dafundo, Portugal ("AlternativePurple", "we"), reachable at hello@mudacorp.com. These terms apply to your use of Obras and of every page under mudacorp.com that presents it.

2. The service

Obras is provided as an online subscription service. We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time; where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel without penalty.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your workspace by you and the people you invite.

3. Trial, billing and cancellation

New subscriptions start with a free trial of 7 days. A payment card is collected when the trial starts and is first charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number.

4. Your content

Everything you upload or create in Obras stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers we use to generate results on your behalf.

You must have the right to upload the content you upload, and you may not use the service for anything unlawful.

5. AI-generated output

Parts of Obras produce drafts with the help of AI models. Drafts can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it or send it to a third party.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Portugal.

7. Ending the agreement

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close it if these terms are broken or if payment fails and is not resolved. On closure you may export your data for thirty days, after which it is deleted.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. We may update them; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
